More Than Two Decades in Property Management
GIA's roots date back to 2003, when its father-and-son co-founders began building the property management business that would ultimately become GIA Property Management. From the outset, the business was built around direct involvement, accountability and a practical understanding of what property owners and boards expect from their management company.
Over the years, the business has evolved into a full-service management organization supported by experienced property managers, accounting, administration, project management and senior leadership.
Today, GIA serves a diverse portfolio of condominium and common element corporations, co-operative and not-for-profit housing, residential rental properties, and commercial and industrial assets.
While the company has grown, the principle behind it has remained the same: clients should know who is managing their property, receive clear information and have experienced people available when important decisions need to be made.
